International workshop “Science and Technology Foresight” was held on December 8, 2011 at Higher School of Economics
On December 8, 2011 the Research Laboratory for Science and Technology Studies held the International workshop “Science and Technology Foresight”.
The following issues were discussed at the workshop:

Macroeconomic dimension of S&T Foresight

Long-term forecasting of S&T indicators

Development of network of industry foresight centres on the basis of the leading Russian universities.
Representatives from the Advisory Council for Science and Technology Policy (AWT, the Netherlands), University of Ottawa (Canada), University of Manchester (UK), Shaping Tomorrow (UK), and leading Russian scientific centers and universities participated in the workshop.
