XV International Academic Conference ‘Foresight and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy’ will take place on November 12-14, 2025. The conference is organised by the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University).
